Overall Fuel shortages in Bots?

"Fuel seems to be in VERY short supply. I passed a few deserted filling stations this afternoon before I found one with a long queue. After 15min the attendants came out in the street to inform us they dried up. Drove down to Game City and managed to fill up after 1 and 1/2 hours wait"
