Remember always to realize that Botswana's NP's are WILD places! Here's what happend last thursday:

Just chatted to a friend of mine who is on his way bay from Ghanzi today.
Thursday night at Savuti, an ex-South African who lives in Australia fell
asleep at his campfire in the next camp to my friend. Woke up with a hyena
clamped to his arm, He had to be taken off to Kasane for major medical
treatment. Hope it is no-one we know from the list.

We were in Ihaha in June and one of our group fell in the campsite and cut her knee open. Needed 9 stitches and went to doc at Private Hospital in Kasane. He was fantastic and was the same doc who treated the guy whose arm was a snack for the hyena
