Hi. I'm Phil. I'm from the UK, in my sixties and have been travelling Southern Africa for quite a few years now. I have quite a bit of knowledge of Namibia and Botswana. Currently I rent but used to have my own 4x4 and Xplorer caravan based in JoBurg. I have sold the equipment now to finance the conversion of a Mercedes Benz 10/17 ex German army 4x4 truck which I hope to have ready next year and will suppliment my own pleasure with some passengers......hopefully. I know one or two peolple here already; Mike and Margaret for instance, and have read Hans for quite a few years, probably since rec.travel.africa days. It's nice to find a new forum.......say no more
