Here's an update on border formalities when entering Zimbabwe:

You'll need:
- third party, which can be bought Zim side of the border or
beforehand (like comesa insurance)
- road access fee
- carbon tax
For the last 2 I paid (less than a week ago) 25 U$ for a Toyota Hilux
2.8 Diesel (10 U$ road access and 15 U$ carbon tax).
