Tropical cyclone 'Irina' has her sights set on the East Coast. The weather system is expected to bring with it heavy rains and big swell, especially in the northern regions of the province. South African Weather Service forecasters say areas around Kosi Bay, St Lucia and Richards Bay can expect up to 400 millimetres of rain over the next few days.
