4x4 campervan in campsites

We are planning another trip to Namibia in February 2016 and busy pouring over maps and books. This is about our fifteh trip as we love the country so much. However, instead of staying in accommodation, we are hiring a 4x4 campervan. Please can anyone tell me if campervans are welcome in camping sites? We notice that some sites state "camping" and some say "caravans". Any advice would be appreciated.

All 4x4 campervans are welcome on campsites in Namibia.
