malaria-free safari

We planned to go Namibia and Botswana next month. And we just discovered my wife is pregnant, which we are very happy about. But we don't want to go to malaria areas now. What safari can you advice? It looks like the parks Kgalagadi and Kalahari are malaria. Any other parks you know of that are malaria free in Botswana?
