Re: Enzo - Africa 4x4 Cafe
Hi Enzo,
Welcome! Just read part of your Zimbabwe story & tour, and your future plan to trade in Brighton for Bulawayo. I've also stayed in Zim 1994-1997 most of the time, it used to be such a beautiful country and guess the nineties have been the Golden Years for Zimbabwe...
Cheers
Marco

From '94 to end '97 I've been guiding tours through Zimbawe & Botswana for a Dutch company. Nice itinerary via the Vumba, Great Zimbabwe, Matopos, Hwange & via Mpandamatenga into Botswana. In Botswana towards Kubu, Gweta, Maun, Moremi, Chobe and back to Victoria Falls + flight to Harare. In Zim we did us TSZ and Botswana both Island Safari & Game Trails. Smaller group I did run with my own Land Rover, no Hangwe but in stead CKGR. Rented a house in Avonlea Harare, nice base.Enzo wrote:... what were you doing then?

We mainly stayed at Hwange Main Camp before heading to Robin's Camp and the Botswana border.
