Bigblue - new member

Post by bigblue » Wed May 19, 2010 7:18 pm

Hi

Interested in sites that will assist me in planning my own self drive trips.
Have a 2009 Defender 110 Puma - my second landy (last was a Td5).

For now most interested in doing Botswana Makgadikgad/Nxai Pan's. Any info anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated - looking at going end July for around 10 days.

Cheers

Paul

Come-Along has customers who will visit Makgadikgadi and Nxai Pan in two weeks time. I'm sure we will get some updates by then ;)

Cheers, Shaka

Hi Paul,

For Makgadikgadi, you can also head for the less know (and visited) Kukonje Island east of Kubu Island. But beware, the crossing towards the island might not be possible in July.

Welcome! How do you rate your Puma Defender compared to the Td5 model?

Cheers
